HOW DO I GET THE #RIDEOFMYLIFE STARTED?
Click the SIGN UP tab in the upper right hand corner of our site, and enter your personal information. Next, go to packages and find what package works best for you. We’ve simplified pricing and payments so you can enjoy your ride whenever you want to—without worrying about membership contracts or monthly fees. Instead, we feature flexible “pay-per class” packages. The more you buy, the less each ride costs.
*New riders MUST arrive 10-15 minutes early to the studio to finalize any waivers upon check-in. New riders who arrive AT or AFTER the start of class will be asked to reschedule. For safety reasons of all riders, and instructors, it is too dangerous and disruptive to set-up after the start of class.
DO I NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE I START?
Yes, indeed. Before your first ride, you need to sign a waiver. You can print one out and bring it in or ask for one at the front desk. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your ride, so we can give you a tour of the studio, outfit you with shoes, and help adjust your bike for proper set-up.
*Please note that we do not allow riders under the age of 14. Minors must be accompanied by an adult with a waiver filled out in their name and signed by their guardian.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, SOHO CYCLING offers gift cards for purchase at our studio. Our gift cards never expire, and the recipients can use his or her gift cards to buy any sessions or merchandise from our studio. Once a session or package is purchased using a gift card, however, THAT session/package will be subject to an expiration date, similar to any other session/package purchased. If you would like to buy a gift card, please visit us in the studio or contact us via phone or email.
SOHO CYCLING has updated and revised its Terms & Conditions, as well as our Getting Started section on our website to: include and reference details & language clarifying that Soho Cycling Sessions and Soho Cycling Gift Cards are NOT the same; SOHO CYCLING Sessions have an expiration date applied to them, but if a rider runs into any extenuating circumstances, the member should contact firstname.lastname@example.org; and these state that while sessions have an expiration date, our Soho Cycling Gift Cards do not.
HOW DO YOU REDEEM GIFT CARDS?
SOHO CYCLING Gift Cards and Gift Certificates must be redeemed and used at the studio, and cannot currently be used online. GIFT CARDS, are eligible for use to purchase up to the amount on the card. All packages, merchandise and smoothies are eligible for purchase using a gift card. GIFT CERTIFICATES must be returned and redeemed at the front desk. Gift Certificates are only eligible for the amount of sessions or smoothies listed. Please review the information section above, about the uses and differences between our Gift Cards and Gift Certificates.
DO I NEED MY OWN INDOOR CYCLING SHOES?
We’ve got you covered. We offer FREE cycling shoes with every ride. We’ll help you clip in, and find the exact fit for your bike. Our bikes are equipped with double sided pedals with clips for spin shoes on one side and cages for tennis shoes on the other. So with that said you are welcome to wear your own shoes.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
We have a few rules to help make your experience awesome. Here they are:
SOHO CYCLING is a device-free zone. No texting, no social media, no calls. If you are on call (parents, doctors, super important people), leave your phone at the desk, and we will come get you.
Chit chat before and after your ride. Give your full attention to your instructor and to your experience.
It’s gonna get hot, so please make sure you hydrate, you’re welcome to bring your own water but water is available for purchase. Towel service is complimentary and earplugs are offered for those who are sensitive to loud music. We also suggest you and your gear ride fresh by dialing down perfumes, powders, and colognes..
Play well with others. If you want to do your own thing during a ride, take a seat in the back row so you don’t mess with the energy of the entire room.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A RIDE?
You can cancel your seat within 4 hours* of any session.
Log into your account, click ON the class that you are currently registered for.
Click on the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button which will then cancel your seat and credit you back for the session. If you have an emergency and can’t make it last minute, please notify the studio by email.
*Please note we do NOT credit back for cancellations outside of the 4 hour window or for no shows as that seat could have been sold to someone else. Riders using a MONTHLY UNLIMITED package are subject to a $5.00 No Show Fee, for any session missed.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR A RIDE?
We will hold all reservations 5 minutes into class if you call at least 3 minutes prior to the posted class time to let us know you are running late. If you have not arrived for your reservation at start time or called us at least 3 minutes prior to the start of class, your seat will be given away to anyone waiting to ride. As everyone is extended this tardy policy, we ask that you do not move or switch bikes as the rider may be on their way. Please be mindful that coming in late is disruptive to the SOHO sanctuary that we are trying to provide.
Although we understand running a minute or two late happens, We kindly ask that you adhere to our policy of being NO MORE than 5 minutes late to class; after 5 minutes we will no longer permit riders to enter into the studio.

WHAT IS THE WAIT LIST?
If a ride is full, you can add your name to the online wait list, and we will send you an email if a space clears. Once you receive that email, you are automatically added to the ride, and there is no need to confirm.
*You may add yourself to the wait list on sold out sessions. Go to MY ACCOUNT to see what place you are in the queue. The wait list feature works off of the cancellation policy so you may be added to a class up to 4 hours before a session, even at the early 6 am slots. Please note that if you wish to NOT be on the wait list any longer you MUST remove yourself under MY ACCOUNT. If you do not remove yourself you will be charged for a no show. We ask that you please adhere to this protocol so that we may keep things fair to the studio, instructors and other SOHO riders.
**Once the cancellation policy has expired and you STILL wish to remain on a WALK IN wait list you must call us to be placed on the list. The Wait List online is invalid at the expiration point as we have no way of deciphering who wishes to walk in and wait for a no show or not. 90% of the time we are able to accommodate walk ins from those who no show. Please call us to be placed on this list inside of the 4 hour start time to a class on sold out sessions and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Along with burning calories and building endurance, our premium indoor cycling classes also deliver cardiovascular benefits that aid weight reduction, increases overall strength, and bolster active recovery.
We offer 45-Minute Cycling rides, 30-Minute FLEX rides, and TONE rides (45-Minutes including arm/upper body resistance band training).
You know your body but you might not know exactly where you fit on the fitness scale. It’s always a great idea to check with your doctor before starting any fitness routine. If you don’t feel well during the class, let the instructor know or excuse yourself and ask for support at the front desk. Our instructors care about you, your health and that you have a transformational experience.
